10 Hour Contract

Perfect for businesses needing consistent, hands-on IT support with predictable costs.

  • Monthly Fee: $1,000.00 - includes 10 hours
  • Billing Increments: 30-minute increments
  • Standard Rate: $85.00 per hour (beyond 10 hours)
  • Emergency Rate: $170.00 per hour (after hours, weekends, holidays)
  • After Hours Rate: $85.00 per hour (scheduled non-emergency work)

Additional charges may apply, to be agreed upon in advance for services beyond the standard scope.

5 Hour Intermediate Contract

Perfect for clients who need flexible support with a moderate monthly investment.

  • Monthly Fee: $600.00 - includes 5 hours
  • Billing Increments: 30-minute increments
  • Standard Rate: $85.00 per hour (beyond 5 hours)
  • Emergency Rate: $170.00 per hour (after hours, weekends, holidays)
  • After Hours Rate: $85.00 per hour (scheduled non-emergency work)

Additional charges may apply, to be agreed upon in advance for services beyond the standard scope.

Ongoing Support and Automation

Only available to clients that have been on contract for at least two months

Perfect for businesses seeking essential automation and network monitoring at a low monthly fee.

  • Automation Only: Installation of updates, network monitoring and issue remediation through our AI platform and custom software
  • Monthly Fee: $250 no hours included
  • Billing Increments: 30-minute increments
  • Standard Rate: $85.00 per hour
  • Emergency Rate: $170.00 per hour (after hours, weekends, holidays)
  • After Hours Rate: $85.00 per hour (scheduled non-emergency work)

Additional charges may apply, to be agreed upon in advance for services beyond the standard scope.

501c3 Support Contract

Perfect for non-profits requiring affordable, reliable support with a limited monthly commitment.

  • Monthly Fee: $425.00 - includes 5 hours
  • Billing Increments: 30-minute increments
  • Standard Rate: $85.00 per hour (beyond 5 hours)
  • Emergency Rate: $170.00 per hour (after hours, weekends, holidays)
  • After Hours Rate: $85.00 per hour (scheduled non-emergency work)

Domestic Violence/Stalking Support

Perfect for Victims of domestic violence or stalking referred by qualified agencies who need assistance securing their digital life and addressing online risks.

 

  • Referral Only: Available through referrals from Law Enforcement, CASA, Safe House, Safe Harbor, DFS, Educational Facility, or Licensed Counselors.
  • Billing Increments: 30-minute increments, 1-hour minimum.
  • Standard Rate: $45.00 per hour.
  • PC/Device Cleanup: Safely remove harmful or intrusive software.
  • Credit Card Monitoring Assistance: Help with setting up monitoring to detect unauthorized transactions.
  • Digital Life Security: Guidance on securing social media accounts, online communications, and personal data.
  • Addressing Unseen Security Risks: Identifying and mitigating risks that victims might not be aware of.

Additional charges may apply, to be agreed upon in advance for services beyond the standard scope.

Non-Contract Rate (Subject to Change at the Discretion of the MSP)

Perfect for occasional or one-time IT support needs without a long-term commitment.

  • Billing Increments: 60-minute increments
  • Standard Rate: $125.00 per hour
  • Emergency Rate: $250.00 per hour (after hours, weekends, holidays)
  • After Hours Rate: $125.00 per hour (scheduled non-emergency work)

Cybersecurity Monitoring and Response

  • Cybersecurity Monitoring: Proactive surveillance of systems and networks to detect and respond to threats in real-time, ensuring the security of sensitive data and assets.
  • Cybersecurity Assessment: Thorough evaluations of existing security measures, including penetration testing and risk assessments, to identify vulnerabilities and develop a strategic roadmap for enhanced protection against emerging threats.

Data Backup and Recovery Monitoring

  • Data Backup Monitoring: Continuous oversight of backup processes to ensure successful execution and data integrity.
  • Assessment and Recommendations: Regular evaluations of backup strategies, with actionable recommendations to enhance data protection and recovery processes.

Cloud Services

  • Management of Office 365 Tenants: Administration and optimization of Office 365 environments, ensuring adherence to best practices for security and performance.

On-Premise Hardware

  • Deployment and Maintenance: Installation, configuration, and ongoing support for on-premise hardware, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Hardware Infrastructure Upgrade Recommendations: Strategic advice on upgrading hardware components to meet evolving business needs and improve overall system performance.

Help Desk Support

  • Remote Management and Access: Remote management and access will be the primary method of support, enabling efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Onsite Support: Onsite support will be provided as scheduling allows, ensuring hands-on assistance when necessary.
  • Global/Super Login Credentials Documentation: Comprehensive documentation of global and super user login credentials to ensure secure and efficient access management across systems.
